How do I set up my phone for international travel?

Setting up your phone for international use is easy. Before you travel internationally, follow these steps:

• Check our Device Settings chart to ensure your device is on the correct settings for International Travel.
  • We also have Device Tutorials with more information on settings and advanced features for your specific device.
• Add the UScellular International Customer Service number to your contacts [phone].
• Confirm your device is updated with the latest software.
• Power cycle your device before leaving.

Note: If you want to use Wi-Fi only, make sure you're on airplane mode the entire trip and connect to Wi-Fi while in airplane mode. It may take several tries to connect.
