- Customers are encouraged to contact their local NetWitness Sales Representative or Customer Support to discuss any support concerns.
* NetWitness will honor all basic and enhanced maintenance agreements for customers who purchased EDR on or before March 1, 2025.
EOPS Policy:
NetWitness adheres to a defined End of Primary Support policy for all major product versions.
- Expires one year beyond EOPS date unless otherwise stated. Includes Hot fixes for Severity 1 issues.
- Expires two years beyond EOPS date unless otherwise stated. No Hot fixes; best effort support only.
