Orders canceled within 24 hours of being placed may be canceled at no charge.
Orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers payment processing and administrative costs.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
