How do I cancel my subscription or my free trial?

You can cancel at any time, and you will maintain access until the end of your original subscription period or until the end of your free trial. All transactions and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

To cancel your subscription on the Apple App Store:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your name and then 'Subscriptions'
3. Select Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers^TM‍
4. Tap Cancel Subscription.

To cancel your subscription on Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon, 'Payment & subscriptions', and then 'Subscriptions'
3. Select Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers^TM
4. Tap Cancel subscription
5. Follow the onscreen instructions

If you purchased your subscription through our website, here’s how to cancel your subscription:

• You’ll be redirected to Paddle.com, our secure payment partner, who handles all transactions.
