How to Open ECC Messages

1. To open ECC Messages in Radius, click on the ECC Message icon in the left Navigation Bar. 
2. The ECC Messages window will open and display messages that have been sent, received, and archived.  The Telecommunicator also can search and filter messages as well as send a new message.
